1:1 PT sessions at home, in my studio or online through Zoom.

During these sessions I tailor workouts to suite your current level of fitness, health and goals, adding progression to help you achive results.

I aim to help you fit exercise in around your busy life, using the time you have affectively without the need for expensive equipment or a gym but also o make it enjoyable and time for you!

Your personal training session can be in my studio, or in the comfort of your own home, to fit around your busy lifestyle, together we'll ensure your technique and form are correct.

Children or baby at home? No problem, we can get them involved or incorporate them into your routine too! Babies and children are welcome to all our sessions.

How it works

First, you'll need to book a 15 minute call with me, your free consultation. This is your chance to chat to me, ask any questions and find out more about how I can help you.

All sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. All 12 blocks must be used within 3 months of purchase unless a doctor’s note is provided. 12 block renewals must be paid 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends) of initial session of the next 12 block.

Prices

In-person 1:1 sessions

  • 1 hour Session: £50

  • 1x 1 hour Session per week: £180 per month (£45 per session)

  • Block of 12 - £480 (£40 per session)

Online (Zoom or another platform) 1:1 sessions

  • 1x 1 hour session per week: £160 per month (£35ps)

  • 30min session (£20 per session.

Recordings are included in the price for Zoom sessions.
